Rescuing hikers off Breakneck Ridge continues to tax emergency responders from Cold Spring and North Highlands. Last week there were back-to-back emergencies. The most serious case required a New York state Police helicopter in addition to responders from Cold Spring, North Highlands and Philipstown.
