It’s Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas
It was a rousing turnout Sunday night for Cold Spring’s tree lighting, as scores of parents, children and other residents gathered at the Bandstand. Everyone enjoyed hot cocoa, cider, and cookies. The Bandstand was festively decorated, Santa Claus arrived by sleigh about 6:30 pm, and all children who wished to have a word were able to. Photos by Dennis Mazzuca

Inferno Greets Firefighters in Putnam Valley
A raging inferno greeted firefighters Friday morning when a 3,500-square-foot multi-story house under construction went up in flames along Canopus Hollow Road in Putnam Valley. Menorah Lighting In Cold Spring
Chabad of Putnam is pleased to announce a community Menorah Lighting in Cold Spring on December 25th at 5:00pm. The menorah will be located at the end of Main Street (near Cold Spring Depot.)
