Back-to-Back Rescues on Breakneck Ridge

Rescuing hikers off Breakneck Ridge continues to tax emergency responders from Cold Spring and North Highlands. Last week there were back-to-back emergencies. Sales tax dollars in January surpassed any other January in county history.
